CHANGES – RETURNS – PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

For all cases where you wish to return or exchange the product you purchased, you must inform us within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt either by email at info@tenderlove-official.com or by phone at (+30) 2310 256 391

Return conditions:

1. The product must be in its original condition, intact, without any damage. The store receipt must be available.
The goods to be returned must be accompanied by the original documents/documents that accompanied the goods (e.g. retail receipt or sales invoice, exchange card, etc.). It is necessary to provide photos of the product.
2. The return must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the package.
Change or return of SPECIAL ORDERS is not possible (such as variations in the dimensions of a garment, a design that the customer will indicate to us)
3. The products that are returned must be in their original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted. If for any reason the outer packaging bag has been lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected and it is not possible for the courier company to stick markings on it.
4. In the event that a change is requested, the customer will not be charged the cost for the first shipment of the product back to our company, but only the subsequent shipment of the new package by us.
5. The refund is made via bank transfer to a bank account that you will indicate to us, within 7-10 days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us.
*The cooperating bank is the NATIONAL BANK. In case of transfer, the transaction costs are shared. The refund amount does not include the shipping cost.
6. For discounted products, or products with a discount coupon or code, no refunds are made, except for an exchange with any of our products (if available).
7. The exchange for Greece is charged a cost of €5.00 for shipping costs, while for Cyprus the shipping costs are €20.00.
8. If the new item is of greater value than your return, you pay the difference by bank deposit.

If the new item is of a lower value, the difference can be kept as a 3-month credit balance to be used on a future purchase, or a refund can be issued. In the event of a credit balance, a refund cannot be issued.

If the above conditions are not met, your return will not be accepted.

All of our items undergo a quality control check to ensure they are in excellent condition before shipping.
